Meal plan Monday

This week I really want to get back into a routine instead of the rut I seem to have fell in.

I have been lazy when it comes to meals so I’m going to start planning my weeks menu and sharing them here with you.

Here is what we plan to have this week.

Monday

Porridge made with almond milk with fruit

Jscket Potato Cheese & Colslaw With salad

Poultry farmers Pie  – (White & Sweet Potato mash Turkey Mince )

Wednesday 

BREAKFAST –

Porridge made with almond milk with fruit

LUNCH

Chicken Salad

DINNER

Sausage Egg & Chips

Thursday 

BREAKFAST –

Muesli & Fruit

LUNCH

Sandwich & Crisps

DINNER

Chicken Pasta bake

Friday 

BREAKFAST –

Porridge made with almond milk with fruit

LUNCH
